Yesterday was one of those days no one would believe. We woke up early for our usually swim. As soon as we got in, we saw a barracuda. The rest of the morning we saw three turtle, a bunch of rays and a shark! After breakfast, we took the kids to the point to check out some coral. While we were waiting, all of the kids got to see another turtle! The afternoon was spent surveying and a nice talk by Rachel, a grad student studying parasites. We ended the afternoon with a camp fire and marshmallows. Once it got dark, we took the gang down to the docks and checked out the stars. There is an amazing sky here at night with plenty of shooting stars. Not to be outdone, some bioluminescent worms in the waters put on a show for us. Not a bad day in the office.
